Email support@iora.ai and we will reply within one business day. Tell us your email address, which app you were using (Knock, Call, Sign or Leaflets), and what happened.
You can also report a problem without leaving the app: open the menu and choose Report an Issue. You can type it or record a voice note, and it reaches us with the page you were on.
Common questions
I don’t have an account
Accounts are created by your campaign’s manager — there is no public sign-up. Ask them to add your email address, and you will receive a temporary password.
I don’t see any apps on my dashboard
The apps you see depend on the work assigned to you. If your manager has not yet given you a route or a lawn-sign install, the dashboard will be empty. Ask them to assign you a route.
Why does the app ask for my location?
So the route you walk during a shift can be recorded and reviewed. It is recorded only between Start shift and End shift, never while you are clocked out. You can decline location and still use every other feature — you would mark streets and doors by hand instead.
Someone’s details are wrong
In the Call app, tap the pencil beside a contact to suggest a correction. It goes to your campaign manager to approve — the shared list does not change until they accept it.
I forgot my password
Ask your campaign manager to reset it from the admin area; you will be asked to choose a new one when you next sign in.
Deleting my account or my data
Your campaign manager removes team accounts. To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@iora.ai. See our privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.

It is a staff tool: a campaign’s manager plans door-knocking, leafleting and phone routes, and the volunteers they organize carry them out. It is not intended for the general public and is not directed to children.
